Someone is available 24 hours a day to assist you with any questions or
problems you may have with our ITC services.

Phone
Call the ITS Help Desk at 319-384-HELP (4357). 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. On-call support provided outside normal ITS
Help Desk hours.

On Campus
Our base of operations is currently located in the
basement on the south side of the Lindquist Center in 15 LC.
Other helpful locations
The Customer Information Desk located in the upper
level of South Lindquist Center can reset your password, help you with your
email account, or direct you to who can help you if they cannot. They are
open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Their phone number is
319-384-0800.
